ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER


Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable and qualified FOH Manager to help lead our team! This position will be 55 hours a week (including weekends!).

The FOH Manager will be responsible for hiring and training FOH staff, creating schedules, managing shifts and assisting with paperwork and payroll. They will also assist to manage cost controls, inventory and ordering, as well as direct overall team communication and analyze feedback to maximize the guest experience.

We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in beer , Liquor and food, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality. Candidates must have valuable management experience. Candidates must be team players, detail-oriented, hardworking and organized with excellent oral and written communication skills. A polished appearance and demeanor is required.

Additional Job Requirements:

-- Comparable management experience in the hospitality industry
-- Ability to lead and support the team while creating a positive work environment
-- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
-- Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve effectively in a high-speed environment while maintaining composure and control
