Bartender

We’re looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent, comfortable and social guest experience. Our ideal bartender will create classic and innovative drinks, anticipating customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations. You will have a resume with proven previous bartending experience, have excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, and be computer proficient and familiar with POS systems. You will also prioritize cleanliness and organization behind the bar and have a positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

-Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
-Interact with customers, take orders and serve food, snacks and drinks
-Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
-Skilfully and accurately prepare cocktails
-Collaborate in planning and presenting bar menu
-Check ID’s and verify that patrons are of legal drinking age
-Monitor, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
-Stay guest focused and nurture an interactive, comfortable guest experience
-Comply with all sanitary food and beverage handling regulations
-Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
