Description
BBQ restaurant in Garden City in need of BOH personnel.
Roles we are looking for include:
Prep Cook
Fry Cook
Meat Cutter (customer-facing)
Asst. Pitmaster (smoke the meat!)

Candidates must have/be:
-Passion for food service and hospitality
-Basic knife skills
-Cooking experience in a fast-paced environment
-Calm, cool, and collected under pressure
-Flexible and ready to do any task on any day
-Hardworking and likes a good challenge
