Head Chef
Our passionate team are seeking an inspiring Head Chef to lead their kitchen.
With tranquil waterside gardens next to Blackaller Weir and the Millstone footbridge, it's easy to forget that the pub is only a stone’s throw away from the bustle of Exeter city centre, the university and Exeter St David’s Railway Station. The Mill on the Exe is a great place for drinking, eating, meeting and socialising. The pubs layout is flexible and can be cosy and casual or spacious and corporate. Spread across two floors, we can accommodate different groups and events.

Taking the helm in the kitchen as Head Chef, we want you to treat the kitchen as your own. You’re an expert in what you do, so we’ll encourage your creativity, dedication, and skill.
