Our commitment at Milo & Olive is that everyone who walks through the door leaves feeling satisfied, nourished and inspired. Our setting is a warm, clean workshop like environment, where the kitchen and our cooks are visible to the guests at all times. We serve simple straightforward bakery and pizzeria style food, and use the best technique and farmers market ingredients in order to ensure the best dining experience possible. Our wine program is concise, provocative, dynamic and economical. We offer a limited number of hand crafted small production wines that are all of great quality and perfectly suited for our menu. Our wine inventory rotates frequently. There will always be something new to discover and enjoy. We use produce purchased from local farmers practicing sustainable agriculture, free-range and antibiotic-free meats and poultry and fish caught in natural habitats by methods that preserve the waters from which they are fished.<br><br>Our service philosophy is based on the idea of “enlightened hospitality.” We believe that a restaurant is essentially a family of skilled professionals.
