Head Chef for Minibar by Jose Andres
We are seeking a detail oriented Head Chef to lead our team in executing one of the most well-regarded dining experiences in the country. The successful candidate will take ownership for the overall success of the restaurant with the General Manager, collaborate with the Culinary Creative Director and use superior leadership skills to coach and mentor a highly skilled staff.

Basic Qualifications
• Culinary Arts or Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 to 8 years experience. Previous MICHELIN 3 Star preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work long hours in high pressure situations with consistent results
• Basic computer and culinary management skills (inventory, costing, HR, sanitation)
• Ability to train, coach, and evaluate multiple levels of employees
• Ability to work beyond the regular schedule to support special events, emergency staffing needs, unexpected service situations, etc.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills a plus
