Floor Manager

Miro is looking for a fun and dedicated floor manager to join our team! Duties include contacting maintenance vendors when something needs repair, collaborating with the general manager on strategies to brings in customers, making sure staff is following policies and procedures, ensuring that food is coming out of the kitchen in a timely manner, visiting tables, solving problems, helping staff with anything and everything they need to provide a good dining experience, etc.
Shifts will vary from week to week.
AM shifts - 9am - 6pm
PM shifts - 2pm - 11pm
Day off will be Wednesday or Thursday and always Sunday.

Salary position - valet parking included, health insurance after 60 days, paid vacation, commission off of restaurant sales after 30 days
Must work weekends and some holidays
