Description

Want to be a part of the launch of a delicious new contemporary casual restaurant opening in London that's full of exciting development opportunities as we have big and fast expansion plans?

We are now looking to build the opening team to help us launch the second restaurant in Notting Hill this summer. We are looking for diverse and interesting characters that are passionate about food to create a workplace that is full of good vibes, where our team can be their best authentic selves.

The Role

  • Confident, polite and energetic individuals with at least 1 year’s management experience in high-volume, high-quality restaurants
  • You will be responsible for managing and leading your team on a day-to-day basis, whilst also ensuring the highest quality of customer service and food and drink service throughout the restaurant
  • You will have fantastic communications skills and ability to adapt to different situations, opportunities and challenges
  • You will train and support the team; provide service briefings and liaise between the kitchen and the floor
  • You will make sure the restaurant is open and closed professionally and safely
  • Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service whilst leading a team
  • Commitment to work with a great time both front and back of house
  • Professional understanding and knowledge of all Health & Safety rules and food hygiene standards

  • You will be reporting to the General Manager

In return we offer a supportive environment for individuals to develop their career and ambitions in the hospitality industry.  In addition we offer:
