Restaurant Crew Member ( "Rodie")
To be a Restaurant Crew Member, you need at least a high school education, but you do not need to have prior restaurant experience. Learn as you go, working as a Moe's Crew Member. You will become seasoned with food preparation, proper food handling, food safety, customer service, and some management experience. Choose to work a full or part-time schedule. Moe's Crew Members always pitch in to help their fellow teammates, whether they are working the Point , Hot ,Cold , Swing or Ring .
Restaurant Shift Leader
Hard work and determination goes a long way at Moe's. Even if you do not have restaurant management or even restaurant experience, working at Moe's teaches you how to work as a team to ensure customer satisfaction. Moe's Shift Leader Members who demonstrate a passion to help their team and learn what it takes to make their restaurant successful will move up quickly to leadership. Restaurant Shit Leadership is required to oversee Restaurant Crew Members while ensuring their Restaurant running smoothly and satisfying its customers.
Restaurant Assistant Manager
Assistant Managers at Moe's Southwest Grill work and report directly to the store’s Restaurant’s General Manager. They also need to exercise their leadership skills when it comes to working and assisting training and daily problem solving. Assistant Managers at Moe's also need to ensure that the company’s standards are maintained and uncompromised when it comes to having a clean and safe working environment as implemented by the OSHA and the Labor Board. But more importantly, Assistant Managers have to make certain that all Rodies are working based on the company’s guiding principles and ensure that all policies and company guidelines are being implemented at all times.

 Moe's Southwest Grill General Manager Job Description
As a General Manager for Moe's, the main job responsibility includes day to day operation, cost of goods, payroll, inventory, recruiting and training quality workforce and motivating them to perform their jobs based on the company’s standards working with them hand to hand . High quality customer service and great food experience must be consistently delivered while maintaining a cost effective operation in a great working environment. General Managers at Moe's are also responsible for coaching and counseling Team Members as well as other Managers within their supervision. They also have to train and develop the restaurant’s team to the expected performance and certification levels.
Moe's General Manager Salary: $45,000
