Store Operations Coordinator

The Store Operations Coordinator works closely with the COO, and both Central Store Support and Store Teams to ensure an incredible customer experience and efficient operational procedures and practices. Some responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors such as supply companies, landlords, and local government agencies/representatives
Monitoring stores for execution of customer service standards and initiatives
Creating guides/SOPs and analyzing reports for: inspections, sales per employee hour, various store SOPs, Warehouse, and more
Tracking store leadership development and personnel licenses (i.e. ServSafe, Alcohol)
Analyzing POS functions and features, noting any impact on customer experience
Researching and advising leadership on alcohol and food laws
Coordinating, scheduling, and maintaining calendars and bi-weekly, annual and regional meetings

We’re looking for someone who has:

Strong organization and prioritizing skills
Proven research and analytical skills
High-level problem solving capabilities
Experience and comfortability working with Catapult
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
Confidence and tact in approaching store and company leadership with ideas and issues
Some exposure to or experience in researching, vetting, and working with vendors
The ability to acquire understanding and absorb information rapidly

And someone who is:

Patient, optimistic, and collaborative
Stable and graceful under pressure
Comfortable managing multiple projects through communication, prioritization, and execution
Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated
Able to speak up when there is a problem and not sweep it under the rug
Articulate and solutions-oriented with customers, vendors, management, and staff
Comfortable with receiving candor

Additional Information:

This full-time position works onsite at MOM’s Central Store Support Office in Rockville, MD. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday. This position requires ~30% travel.
