As a Junior Special Projects Lead at MOM's, your responsibilities will primarily be managing projects. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Working closely with other SP team members on specific projects (i.e researching, assisting)
Coordinating and executing all tasks and timelines related to assigned projects
Meeting weekly with the Director of SP to review progress and roadblocks
Attending and participating in weekly SP meetings
Working collaboratively with the SP team and other departments to improve processes
Maintaining various project tracking dashboards
Must have:
Proven ability to develop and implement projects
Proven ability to act on good ideas and problem solve, while adapting to the unknowns
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
High standards of performance for self and others
Knowledge and support of our industry
Knowledge and support of company philosophy / mission / values
Must be:
Willing to go above and beyond
Dependable and self-motivated
Adaptable
Able to speak up when there is a problem and not sweep it under the rug
Friendly, warm, and humble

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Able to filter, condense, and format technical knowledge for non-technical project members, stakeholders, and sponsors
Strong research skills
Comfortable with learning and using multiple organizational software systems
Knowledgeable about PMP and Scrum methodology is a plus!
Experience researching, vetting, and negotiating with vendors is also a plus!
