As a Part-Time Planogrammer, you will support the execution of the company’s merchandising strategy. This position is slated to be part-time to start, then moving into full-time for the remainder of the duration (working during Monday - Friday daytime hours). There is a chance this opportunity could convert into a direct placement position, or for this person to work in one of our stores after the position ends. Additionally, there is opportunity for this position to be mostly remote. Some responsibilities include:

• Attending and completing phone/web sessions to update & maintain planograms with Acosta space analyst - 70% of weekly hours

• Executing new item adds and deletes for Grocery and Wellness departments

• Ensuring monthly merchandising goals are met

• Work independently and with coordinators to execute major resets via planograms

• Managing new store planograms

• Maintaining and organizing Google doc and spreadsheet communication with coordinators and Acosta

• Maintaining planogram accuracy using store and merchandiser feedback through Planner Fixes

Must be: 

• Content working at a computer for extended periods of time

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Collaborative and communicative

• Able to work productively and independently

• Able to use Excel and Google docs effectively

Must have:

• Persistence and dedication to tasks

• Knowledge and support of MOM's merchandising strategy

• An eagerness to learn

• Excellent communication skills

• High standards of performance for self and others

• Knowledge and support of our industry and company philosophy / mission / values
