Team Members are the heart and soul of MOM’s- in this position you’ll do a little bit of everything and learn a lot! Here are some areas of responsibilities:

Supporting the effort to keep stores properly stocked to help create and maintain a positive customer experience
Reducing waste by fulfilling store orders accurately, performing audits and quality control, and managing cost and inventory loss
Sorting, labeling, and allocating bulk meat orders from vendors while keeping a smooth running system to support stores’ orders and inventory
Building and maintaining good working relationships with store teams
Learning and sharing knowledge about the products and processes in MOM’s Warehouse
Assisting with delivering products to keep stores properly stocked to help create and maintain a positive customer experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

Self-motivated
Committed to positive communication
Organized and detail-oriented
Stable and graceful under pressure
A quick learner and ongoing student who is open to new ideas
Able to acquire a DOT card
Comfortable maneuvering and driving MOM’s delivery truck (CDL not required)

Additional information:

This position is based out of MOM’s Warehouse in Jessup, MD
Working hours are typically Monday through Friday
Flexibility to work some hours outside of the normal schedule is required at high volume times of the year
