Team Members are the heart and soul of MOM’s- in this position you’ll do a little bit of everything and learn a lot! Here are some areas of responsibilities:

• Supporting the effort to keep stores properly stocked to help create and maintain a positive customer experience

• Reducing waste by fulfilling store orders accurately, performing audits and quality control, and managing cost and inventory loss

• Building and maintaining good working relationships with store teams

• Learning and sharing knowledge about the products and processes in MOM’s Warehouse

• Assisting with delivering products to keep stores properly stocked to help create and maintain a positive customer experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Self-motivated

• Committed to positive communication

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Stable and graceful under pressure

• A quick learner and ongoing student who is open to new ideas

• A DOT card holder; or at the very least able to obtain a DOT card

• Comfortable maneuvering and driving MOM’s delivery truck (CDL not required)

Additional information:

• This position is based out of MOM’s Warehouse in Jessup, MD

• Working hours are typically Monday through Friday

• Flexibility to work some hours outside of the normal schedule is required at high volume times of the year
