Monarch Theater is seeking an experienced line cook to join the growing team. Candidate must have at least 3 years of NYC cooking experience at a fast paced restaurant. Additionally, candidate must be energetic, a team player and have a thirst for knowledge. Experience in Asian cuisine a plus but not required.
