Staff Accountant - Accounts Payable / General Cashier
Description
Staff Accountant - Accounts Payable / General Cashier
Process all payables for Hotel and Restaurant accurately and on a timely basis
Ensure compliance with Hotel purchasing policies
Reconcile invoices to PO’s and contracts and attach all backups
Collect Certificates of Insurance and W9s from vendors, file yearly 1099s with IRS
Maintain House Bank, Employee Banks, and Reconcile Daily Cash Drops
Prepare Due Backs and Distribute to Staff as needed
Other duties As Needed
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years Hospitality Finance Experience
Bachelors Degree in Accounting Preferred
