We are also currently investing in all of our hotels including refurbishments to all rooms and public areas as well as staff training.

The stunning family property of Moonfleet Manor, Weymouth on the Jurassic Coast has a superb opportunity for a Commis Chef to join their lovely team.

The Role…

Our food style is modern British with some classical references. You will prepare, cook and present all dishes to the required standard as well as assisting the Head Chef in the daily kitchen duties. Working as part of a motivated team, it is essential that you are equally committed to cooking great food for our younger diners, not just their parents.

What we need from you…

• Preferably someone who has had experience at Commis level in a hotel environment.
• Someone who also loves to be busy and can work well under the pressures of busy services. This is not simply a job for a good cook - we need someone who will fit into and add value to a very special team
• Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification is desirable
• Positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business, shifts will include bank holidays and weekends.
