Administrative Assistant

Mr Bing is a fast casual restaurant looking for someone with administrative office experience to help us with onboarding new employees, consulting with HR, office duties such as filing and organizing, as well as assisting with the restaurants' daily operation. We are expanding quickly, and looking for someone to grow with us. Preferably someone who has worked with restaurants in a similar capacity.

Requirements-
Computer savvy, Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Able to meet deadlines and set priorities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
High degree of flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
Work well in fast paced environment
Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented
Familiar with online portals such as Square, Harri, WhenIWork is a plus
