Responsibilities+ Assisting in the preparation of food for the restaurant
+ Properly execute recipes and adhere to yield guides
+ Properly rotating, storing, labeling & dating all products
+ After completing a comprehensive training program, prep cooks will be expected to identify and properly use all kitchen equipment, apply basic knife skills required for preparation and maintain detailed food knowledge.
+ Practice applicable health, safety, & sanitation procedures
Qualifications
+ Work well on a team & follow direction
+ Display a strong work ethic
+ Interested in learning & developing culinary techniques
+ Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant is preferred
