Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as an Entry-Level Finance and Accounting Analyst (AI/ML Focus). This exciting opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to launch their career in the hospitality industry, where innovation, guest experience, and data-driven decision-making go hand-in-hand.

Holding a Master’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field, you will combine strong finance and accounting knowledge with emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will play a key role in automating financial processes, uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets, and supporting the digital transformation of our financial operations across hotels, resorts, restaurants, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to hospitality operations (hotels, resorts, F&B outlets, and events).
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build financial models and create performance dashboards using tools like Excel, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Collaborate with data teams to apply AI/ML to hospitality-specific use cases such as demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, and guest behavior analysis.
• Automate financial workflows using AI tools (e.g., RPA, NLP) to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Analyze large datasets from property management systems, booking platforms, and POS systems to drive strategic business decisions.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, internal financial controls, and hospitality industry regulations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Actively participate in finance and technology projects across different departments, contributing fresh ideas and solutions.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial operations in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Understanding of AI/ML techniques, including regression, clustering, classification, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with hospitality-specific systems and metrics (e.g., PMS, POS, CRS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and guest-focused environment.
