Overall Job Purposes:

Nestor is a fast-growing, start-up company with investors from none other than BBC TV Dragons Den! We manage luxury Hotels and Serviced apartments on sites like Airbnb and Booking.com.


This is an exciting position within the sales & marketing team at Nestor. You will be responsible for helping in many functions within the team including management of core clients, onboarding new clients & buildings and marketing of our current buildings.


Key Responsibilities:


Reporting to Fran Milsom, co-founder, you will be;

  • Helping and responding to queries and questions from our clients
  • Organising the monthly client reports
  • Helping with client forecasting and budgeting
  • Listing new clients onto sites like Airbnb & Booking.com and within our systems
  • Organising the onboarding of new clients including photography, furniture rental & availability dates 
  • Aiding the sales team with marketing collateral and any required data
  • Helping the marketing team with reporting and analysis 
  • Helping manage the marketing agencies we use (PPC, Metaseach, Content, Social, PR)
  • Help manage our database and organise email marketing campaigns
  • Manage sales pipeline & CRM
  • Check-in, financial support and ad-hoc business support when necessary.

Homeworking:

This job will be part home working/part meeting with members of the team (roughly 50/50). 

We will provide a laptop and all the essentials for homeworking. 

Communication, trust & completing allocated tasks are crucial for this to work. 


Skills Required

  • Previous Account Management or Marketing Experience preferred but not required
  • Organisational skills required 
  • Good communicator
  • Professional manner
  • Confidence in Computer systems 
  • As this job will be part homeworking, the candidate needs to be a self starter and confident in working on their own.
