Description

New Street Wine is a hidden gem, a true celebration of the international wine scene located in the City where visitors are invited to shop and enjoy and explore over 500 quality, rare and fine wines. Hidden down a cobbled street, just off Bishopsgate, New Street Wine is housed in a magnificent converted warehouse and caters to a dynamic demographic by offering more than 500 wines designed to suit all palates and budgets; from the indigenous grape’s varieties of Eastern Europe to some impressive Premier Cru and Grand Cru from Burgundy, the selection is vast and excellent.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Events Coordinator to join the team. You will contribute to the delivery of the D&D London sales strategy and must have excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

• Responsible for coordinating core business enquiries from the top corporate clients and other events initiatives
• Coordinate and maximise private dining, exclusive hires and group bookings, cross selling and up selling as appropriate
• Develop and maintain the agent, corporate, corporate travel and event organiser databases
• Responsible for updating the document library, templates and collateral in order to maximise conversion of private dining, group booking events and exclusive hires
• Support the Events team with corporate research, report building and data finding
• Attend and work on events at the restaurants and venues as requested
• General administration support as required
