Nomo Soho Hotel is seeking a Day Time Bar Back (4/5 hours a day, 5 days a week)

Seasonal Cocktail program supervised by Xavier Herit.

Barback would have to maintain all the syrups and infusions made In the house, juice all the citrus daily, to maintain the cleanliness behind the bar, to keep organized all the liquor and wine storage.

Ideal candidates must be highly motivated and organized, work well under pressure, have a great sense of urgency, and have the willingness to learn with a positive attitude. A least of 3 years experience in the industry is required.
