Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and engaging guests in a warm and professional manner
- Operating reservation system
- Communicating effectively with management and FOH team
- Estimating wait times for guests and maintaining the guest wait list
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Maintaining a cordial demeanor when under pressure
- Adhering to all standards set forth by the Board of Health

Requirements:
- Prior hospitality experience required (NYC preferred)
- Strong work ethic, passion for the hospitality world and caring for guests
- Knowledge of proper sequence of service
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to mentally prioritize and stay organized
