Nur is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Cuisine to be an integral part of our team. With 2 highly acclaimed restaurants in Israel and 2 stars from the NY Times, Chef Meir Adoni uses classic French techniques to bring an elevated and modern take on Middle Eastern food to Gramercy.
Qualifications:
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
Minimum of 2+ years NYC BOH fine dining experience
Must have NYC Health Department Certification
Responsibilities:
Implement seamless ordering, receiving, and inventory tracking systems
Manage prep and production schedules
Manage BOH scheduling
Mentoring and training newly hired kitchen employees
Oversee the line and flow of service
