A few skills that will assist in you being successful:

You will have previous experience as a Head Chef or higher, in a high-end, high volume restaurant. You will have a proven ability to lead and inspire a large team. Previous experience in Japanese cuisine would be highly advantageous, however it is not essential. You will bring a passion for learning and self development. Our food requires amazing attention to details so the small things will matter to you.
