Assistant Restaurant Manager - Oblix

We are looking for a driven Assistant Restaurant Manager join our team here at oblix. Our Assistant Restaurant Managers are hands-on, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience time and time again. You will be committed to operating at the highest level and consistently encourage the rest of the team to do the same.

Oblix - Located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, Oblix is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant, split across two different spaces offering views across central London from East to West: 

  • Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space where people can relax and enjoy a variety of options from our menus from brunch to dinner.
  • Oblix East offers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award winning cocktails and afternoon tea.


Main Duties

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Previous experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager, in a high-end, high volume restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
  • Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
