Pastry Chef De Partie

Full Time – 5 days a week, fully flexible Monday - Sunday

£17.20 ph inclusive of tronc.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join our growing team at Ochre restaurant located at the iconic National Gallery in Trafalgar square.

Ochre is a modern British restaurant highlighting British seasonal produce. It offers contemporary a la carte menu, afternoon tea, private dining and exclusive events.

This CDP should have a high working standard, passion for good food and hands-on attitude!

We are looking for a talented pastry chef with at least 2 years' experience in a similar kitchen. You should have a good basic knowledge of French and European pastry techniques and some experience of chocolate work.
