Description
WHO:
We are looking for a Hotel / Inn Receptionist who loves to work with people and is passionate about good service.

THEY SHOULD:
- Be passionate about hospitality, and thrive on working as part of a team
- Be personable and engaging
- Have the ability to deliver great customer service and develop relationships with our guests
- Have a friendly telephone manner
- Be committed to their own personal development
- Be confident using IT, our Opera system, checking guests in and out

GENERAL DUTIES
We are looking for someone that would fit in to our existing team as Hotel / Inn Receptionist, this is a full time position with duties around the reception area including, checking guests in and out of our bedrooms, answering the telephone, a small amount of computer work, along side assisting the F&B team as required.
We have a small but dedicated team and work closely together to ensure our guests have a wonderful visit.
