WHO:
We need a Host who’s great with people, and who can look after our guests in style in our country Inn.
THEY SHOULD:
- Give a warm welcome and fond farewell to all guests at the Inn
- Be happy to work in food and beverage as well as on the Inn host desk- as we are a small team who help each other out
- Be confident taking and managing reservations in the restaurant
- Be personable and engaging
- Have natural rapport and be able to strike up relationships with our guests
- Have a focus on delivering a great service and guest journey
- Be organised, motivated and happy to assist and support the hotel team when required
WHERE:
Located just 15 miles from Oxford, the Old Swan is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell.
This quintessentially English inn and adjoining mill (over the road!) blend the rural charm of these historic buildings with modern design and luxurious comfort with a strong focus on food and beverage. The Old Swan offers a relaxed yet professional environment to work in.
We can offer off-site staff accommodation, in order to help the newest members of the team re-locate, so they can settle into life at the hotel and local area in comfort.
