Description
You are up before the birds chirp their morning song and the sun begins to rise because you have a special skill. You don’t just bake, you create art with the meticulous detail of a scientist and the expert knowledge honed over years of baking the best sour doughs, pastries and cakes.
Your shifts can start as early as 2am with the chance for you to work with the best ingredients, using traditional methods to create the perfect Nordic inspired products.
You will be able to travel to Canary Wharf (jubilee line), Victoria (central/victoria line) and Park Royal (North Acton).
