Line Cook

Celtic Developers Group is looking for a Line Cook to join the team our team at Oscar Wilde. Celtic
Developers Group consists of four bustling locations in Union Square, Times Square, Midtown East, and
NoMad which focus on harboring good “craic” in a stunning environment. Our newest location, Oscar
Wilde has been featured in publications across the world, including the New York Times, and is quickly
becoming one of NYC’s most popular hot spots! All of our high volume locations have fun bars where
our guests feel like family.

Qualification:
*Have excellent knife skills.
*Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
*Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen.
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
*Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
*Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
*Support their fellow cooks.
*Eligible to work in the United States
*Must have experience working in a fast paced, high volume kitchen
*Must be a team player
*Ability to work under pressure
