Responsibilities include: Manage the take out/delivery counter. Answer phones and accurately enter orders through POS system. Insure the input of accurate delivery orders and organization and expedition of those orders. Input online orders in a timely and accurate fashion. Greet guests as first point of contact for the restaurant. Perform accurate cash/credit handling. Balance the needs of the guest and demands of the restaurant. Speak with guests and communicate needs to both the server and management.

Communication skills and ability to multitask
Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
Desire to build client database and foster relationships
Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, know allergen ingredients in all food items
