Description
Assist the Regional Manager oversee the whole operation in order to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Must ensure that restaurant is fully staffed. Able to project the best customer service throughout the restaurant. Manage the restaurant staff to ensure the customers receive their service and food promptly and handle customer complaints and requests.
• Responsible for tip reports
• Responsible for floor plans by assigning sections to servers/bussers/runner
• Responsible for micros update and basic maintenance
• Assist in training and developing productive and customer service oriented employees
• Responsible for employee schedule to meet productivity needs based on schedules and projected sales
• Assist on the floor by expediting food, taking orders and getting wine
• Counts and organize cash sales
• Assist in menu changes
• Operates the restaurant efficiently so that no inventoried items are wasted in production or service and maintain accurate counts of inventories
• Assist with private dining
• Responsible for Uniform Ordering and tracking inventory
• Responsible for Front of House supplies
