We are looking for a top manager in NYC to join our quickly growing company. We merge cutting-edge technology and work with the top chefs in NYC to create a one of a kind experience.


Here is what we are looking for:

-strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a demanding environment
-ability to manage multiple projects both large and small at the same time
-strong knowledge of basic steps of service and the ability to coach
-On The Go - always moving, always multitasking
-problem solver with innate ability to think creatively and outside the box
-a soldier's like mentality when it comes to "completing the mission"
-quick learner with the ability to adapt to new situations and scenarios as they come
-strong NYC Department of Health background
-High aptitude for technology or the ability to quickly learn, specifically with the apple operating systems
-50 hours a week are required, five 10 hour days, however should business needs warrant a change, the ability to flex with the schedule is required
-Ability to coach and lead a team of up to 50 front and back of the house team members and multiple locations
-institute a training program
-hold all crew accountable for training
