Working as part of a team, join one of our kitchen brigades and learn the techniques and expertise to help deliver first class fresh food to all our guests.

As a Seafood Pub Company Chef de Partie, you will have previous experience of working in a kitchen at Chef de Partie or Commis Chef level and be ready to progress to the next stage of your career.

Not only do we want our chefs to stay with us, but we also want you to develop within your profession and will support your development with our inhouse ‘Seafood Soldiers Training Academy’ and external qualification courses. You’ll have the opportunity to work in different kitchens and teams throughout the company, training under different Head Chefs and learning different styles of food and service.
