We are looking for someone to join our Pre-Arrival Crew (our name for Reservations).
The role of PAC Crew (Reservations Agent) working at YOTEL is one of continued development and never a dull day! You will get to interact with our great guests before and during their stay, making sure their stay at YOTEL London City hotel is seamless – making you very important to us indeed!
Have you got experience as a Reservation Agent and having a working understanding of Opera Cloud and looking for a new, unique challenge? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
