Celtic Developers Group is looking for a charismatic Bartender to join the team at our already established location in Midtown East. Celtic Developers Group consists of four bustling locations in Union Square, Times Square, Midtown East, and NoMad which focus on harboring good “craic” in a stunning environment. All of our high volume locations have fun bars where our guests feel like family. At Celtic Developers Group we hope to provide an extravagant environment where every night is made better with just a touch of sophisticated debauchery.

Bartender Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Be the face and personality of our establishment. Meeting new guests, and making returning guests feel like family
-Maintain expertise on classic drink recipes as well as our specialty cocktail program
-Guide guests through full steps of service whether they are dining or casually drinking
-Balance Cash and receipts with honesty and integrity
-Ensure all safety and cleanliness procedures are being followed behind the bar at all times
-Ensure guest's safety by never over-serving a guest
-Maintain expertise on all of our food menus; making thoughtful suggestions, knowledge of allergies and substitutions as well as pairings

Bartender required skills:

-Outgoing personality with a knack for communication and customer service
-Must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and leadership
-Perfect free-pour at 1.5 oz 100% of the time, and quick use of a jigger for rocks, neat, and specialty cocktail pouts
-Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, spirits, beer, wine & whiskey
-High volume NYC experience is required
-General Math Skills
