Celtic Developers Group is looking for a hardworking Busser/Runner to join the team at Oscar Wilde (45 W 27th street). Celtic Developers Group consists of three bustling locations in NoMad, Union Square, Times Square, and Midtown East which focus on harboring good “craic” in a stunning environment. All of our high volume locations have fun bars where our guests feel like family.

Busser/Food Runner Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Prepare dining areas for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, utensils etc.
- Maintain serviceability of above products by keeping plates, utensils, and condiments filled, cleaned, polished and well stocked
-Prepares plates of food from the kitchen with garnish, and ensures consistent clean presentation of food
-Delivers food to guests in a timely and professional fashion.
-Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
-Maintain table settings by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, being alert to spills & other needs of guests
-Maintains general cleanliness of the space, by checking both restrooms regularly, sweeping, sanitizing table tops, & removing trash and recyclables
-Lends a hand in other departments and sections as needed

Busser/Runner required skills:

-Must be able to lift 30 lbs
-Must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and leadership
-Exceptional ability to multi-task in a high stress environment
-Knowledge of espresso and coffee is a plus
-Excellent command of English language
-Strong attention to detail and teamwork mentality
-Punctuality, dedication, and strong work ethic
