-Welcomes guests to the hotel
-Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests
-Serve guests with Food and Drink
-Sets up meeting rooms & events
-Attend to guests in the meeting rooms
Requirements of Live Inn Room Host:
-Flexible attitude
-Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience
Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous
-Able to switch between departments and the work activities that come with it quickly
