The Restaurant you become a part of:
Parrillan is a terrace bar and grill is the newest concept from Harts Group. The name Parrillan is taken from the Spanish ‘parilla,’ meaning ‘grill’, because as well as an amplified ‘para picar’ tapas list, the restaurant will serve main dishes of meats, fish and seafood to be cooked by guests on their own table-top grills.

As a Floor Manager, are you?
• Consistently delivering best in class service and ensuring that the guests needs are met
• Act as a Barrafina brand ambassador
• Take ownership of the restaurant during service
• Ensure that all health and safety records are maintained
• Ensure delivery of stock GP% through weekly stock takes
