Kitchen Supervisor

Description

Incipio street food are looking to hire a hardworking Kitchen supervisor to join our awesome kitchen team. This venue is a 7-day operation and you will be expected to work as and when required to ensure the business is hitting food quality & revenue targets.

Ideally you will have worked at least a year in a comparable food establishment, but attitude and willingness to learn is key to this role with full training given on site!

Incipio Street food offers delicious, rapid ready meals at a fair price. We want to bump the boundaries of what’s achievable at an everyday price point. We create the perception of unparalleled value, giving our adoring customers a top-quality product for a low price. One way in which we can achieve this is by being super innovative, using forgotten or undervalued produce in ways that  London wants to eat them. Bountiful menus offering stimulating dishes like our filthy burgers, New  York pizza pies or farm to fork trays. This is the food that the public want to eat every day! Our customers are going to need quick quality, substantial meals that they can enjoy on the move or with a nice cold drink in hand. Everyday dining!

Our innovative food offerings, curated by Nick Wyborn – Head of food, are fresh, thrilling & current with concept, demographics & current market trends considered carefully at every stage of the menu development process. Unforgettable flavours!

You will be joining our friendly team who possess a wealth of experience and strive to create a truly great environment for both clientele and employee. With an incredible progression plan offering, highly supportive management team & a great work life balance, this is truly a fantastic opportunity!
