Responsibilities (these are not all-inclusive):
• Demonstrate and promote the Jean-Georges culture, always positively representing the Company.
• Embrace teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment.
• Butcher and fabricate a wide variety of proteins.
• Coordinate with Chef to assure maximum product usage.
• Inventory waste/shrink management.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station at all times.

Qualifications:
• Culinary degree preferred, with 2+ years experience in meat cutting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have strong sense of urgency.
• Highest attention to detail, organization and cleanliness.
• Must be a team player and have strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to pitch in wherever needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
