Restaurant Manager
Description
40+ Hours per week
Every 3rd weekend off
Some weeks work will be 3 nights/2days other weeks will be 3days/2nights
Health insurance
1 week paid vacation
The restaurant manager will ensure that our restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining our reputation and ethos. Must coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size; and are responsible for the business performance, quality/customer service standards and health and safety of the restaurant.
The manager is also responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, opening and closing the restaurant & training the staff.
Implementing procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources within the business.
Social Media experience a plus
