Petrossian Boutique, a high-end retail with an open kitchen in the heart of Manhattan, is looking for a new Line Cook.
• Prepare items according to customer orders of consistent quality and presentation standards
• Be passionate about the food industry with a strong interest in high- quality products.
• Understanding, knowledge, and ability to comply with safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Strong organizational and decision making skill, along with the ability to recognize what needs to be prioritized.
• Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment
• Organize and manage stocks in walk-in, ensuring all products are consistently arranged stored, labeled, dated and rotated
• Perform all necessary cleaning duties and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
