As a Front Of House Associate, you will play an essential part in our guests’ journey. Your goal is to keep the service smooth, delivers our products with pride and passion and strive to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere where our guests can enjoy themselves.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on products
- Be knowledgeable on all product following the in-house training
- Ensure proper display of our products, inventory and cleanliness.
- Actively sales our main product
- Have a great work ethic, be a team player and follow direction
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as sales associate
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent phone skills, customer service oriented and proactive.
- Able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Is friendly, engaging, gracious, has the ability to focus and connect with all guests at all levels and employees
- Participates in teamwork and assists other departments when needed
- Impeccable service standards with attention to detail and possess positive energy
