Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Production of cakes, pastries and biscuits as the needs of the business dictates
• Assist with the design of bespoke products and also seasonal ranges
• Cleaning of working areas and maintaining working areas in an appropriate manner
• Complete logs and reports including temperature checks
• Follow all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Be available for early starts (from 5am onwards)
• Managing own time
• Assisting with any other kitchen tasks as required
• The applicant must be able to work unsupervised and also as part of a team when required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant Catering qualification
• Food hygiene qualification
• Good standard of English and Maths
