A typical day as an Assistant General Manager at Pincho is pleasant and upbeat! You will assist the General Manager in leading up to 30 team members. You will be an ambassador of the PINCHO core values. You will be an integral part of the guest experience through face‐to‐face customer interaction and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests. Greeting them, explaining the menu, answering and questions, ending their experience with fantastic food.
Additionally, you will be charged for the safety and quality of the food coming out of the kitchens. You will be the contact for all customer service matters. You will make sure the dining area is always kept clean and tidy.
