Responsibilities:
 
To assist in the set-up of the bar prior to service according to Ping Pong standards.
To be present at the pre-service briefing and be in constant communication with the kitchen and floor team.
Prepare & create drinks according to specification, Ping Pong standards and in a timely manner
To take drink orders, recommending the right product based on the customer’s preference
To provide consistently excellent customer service
To create the opportunity for the customer to ask questions and actively seek feedback from customers on a regular basis. Communicate this feedback to the manager on duty.
To deal effectively and courteously with customer complaints and report them to the Manager on duty.
