Description
We are looking for passionate, professional, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Pie Society is a speakeasy located at Pitfire Pizza in Costa Mesa. We are committed to finding the most talented and hard-working individuals who care about food, art, and community. Must be humble, honest, hospitality driven individuals to join our team. We are seeking bartenders with a passion and knowledge for Spirits, Food, and all things beverage- as well as creating unique experiences for our guests. Love of music and style is a plus.
A qualified Candidate will have:
-A minimum of 2 years in a chef driven concept or craft bar
-Desire to collaborate and create with the team
-Availability on Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) is mandatory
-A true love of Hospitality and Respect for ALL people
-Strong Problem Solving, Communication, and Time Management skills
Intense focus for details including recipe adherence, steps of service, food/beverage quality, presentation, and cleanliness of the restaurant. Must follow direction, self-motivate, work clean and stay organized.
